It is of great importance that we now make conscious decisions about how we use the extra time we have and take this situation as an opportunity to take care of ourselves and our mental health as it is just as important as the physical.

1. Meditate

Despite the wave of shocking and sad news all over the world, it is important to take daily notice of gratefulness. Let’s make sure we take at least 10 min to remind ourselves of all the small things that give us joy. Morning coffee, comfy bed, loving partner, running water. You name it. – count to 10 when you are holding the breaths
– do the exercise in silence
